If you've spent hours in a #virtual #classroom, paying attention to your teacher and trying to follow course content, it's very common to feel really, really tired afterwards, and to want to disconnect.
But then you still have homework to do - online -, more to study - online, applications to complete - online, emails to answer - online...
TAKE A BREATH
Aside from the tips you may already have heard multiple times, such as waking up on time and getting dressed, organizing your study space and avoiding interruptions, here are a few more.
If possible, get up after each class, go get another glass of water, walk around in your house a little. If you have a longer break, #stretch, do #yoga, #meditate.
If you need to, lie on your back, open the window. And after you're done with work, try #exercizing (if possible outdoors).
Try to prepare for class, by reading the material beforehand. This will help you pay attention and absorb content more easily.
And take a long, hot shower when you're done with your school day, this will help relax your back after many hours sitting in front of your computer.
